Stress Relief

Stress Relief can be achieved in various ways using a variety of tools, however at the root of stress is the way we deal with life events.  Our mind/our beliefs greatly determine the level of stress we experience and if you are wanting to experience less stress and live with more ease and joy then you need to be open to explore your  thoughts, especially the thougths that drive your the unwanted stress and the myriad of emotions and behaviours you wish to eradicate from your life.

We are not always aware of our beliefs and how they affect our life.  At Calibrate Coaching we teach you techniques to powerfully decrease your stress levels by learning to access your sub-conscious and by getting real clarity on the thoughts that are creating the dis-ease in your life.  Stress Relief starts with improved self-awareness, this awareness is the first step to change, without awareness you cannot see what needs to be changed.  Once you have this awareness you then are able to see what needs to changed and then learn new skills and tools to address the unwanted stress.  These new ways, perspectives and skills need to integrated and practiced over time for long-term change.

The powerful mind work we teach for Stress Relief gets to the root of the problem and is the answer to change, however various others skills can be used to assist the process – Meditation, Breathing Exercises, Yoga, Physical Activity, Dancing, Laughing, and so on, however , for example; in our extensive experience meditation or running without the mind work does not “fix” the problem.
