Part 1 - WEEKEND INTENSIVE Seminar – 2 Day

Saturday and Sunday – 9.00am  to 3.30 – 4.00pm
(approximately 14 hours)

This 2 day seminar is designed to cover the fundamentals of the ‘Change Process’ as well as give you a comprehensive understanding of how this Process treats psychological Stress, Depression and Generalised Anxiety Disorder. It covers topics including values and beliefs, neurology and perception and how they contribute to the way we experience life.

This intensive and powerful weekend will teach you how your core beliefs have been impacting on your life; your health, work, relationships, family, self worth, fulfillment – and give you the tools and support to flourish, regardless of how life unfolds.

Part 2 – EVENING SESSIONS , 3 Evenings

3 nights –  6.00pm – 9.00pm (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday)   Great for parents or business people.

The evening sessions are designed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of The Process from an experiential viewpoint, applying the skills learnt on the weekend specifically to your individual stories, events and challenges. By examining the origin of your conditioning and beliefs we gain insight into how and why you experience stress – with insight comes understanding and the opportunity for change work to begin.

The three psychological disorders; Psychological Stress, Depression and Generalised Anxiety Disorder are explored in more depth, covering their causes and upgrades.

The student will learn and practice application tools to help reinforce and retain this new process.

Part 33 One-on-One Personalised Sessions

We schedule in 3 x 1hr or 2 x 1.5hrs or 6 x ½ hr personalised Face-to-face, telephone or skype sessions

The one-on-one sessions will allow you to delve deeply into your individual challenges and to effectively apply the ‘process’ to your everyday life. Many people feel motivated and inspired after a workshop, which can wane over time – Integration is the key to lasting change and these personalised sessions show you how to draw upon your new learning’s when you really need it.

 

Part 4-2nd Weekend Intensive  - INTEGRATION


Saturday and Sunday – 9.00am  to 3.30 – 4.00pm
(approximately 14 hours)

Socrates said “the unexamined life is not worth living”…. by Part 4 you will have examined many of the events and triggers that you believed were causing you stress or dis-ease. The second weekend seminar will give you the opportunity to cast your net wider, for example, the business man who comes to the seminar to address stress in the workplace and in Part 4 he is applying the process to parenting and relationships.

Many people find Part 4 doubly rewarding as it gives you the opportunity to share the process with loved ones, help others who are attending the seminar for the first time, and shows you how far you have come!
